Private Workout does not franchise, but creates partnerships
in two ways:
INVESTMENT PARTNERS:
Invest $125,000 and earn a fixed monthly return convertible to shares of common stock.
The target return is around 15%.
or
Profit split: you recieve 70% of the cash flow until your investment is
repaid, then 30% of cash flow thereafter with a target return of around 30%.
We find and manage the locations.
OPERATING PARTNERS:
You invest $25,000 for 10% ownership, sign the lease, and manage the store
at least 50 hours per week 50 weeks per year. We build and equip the location, train you initially and continuously
(including certification as a personal trainer at the Cooper Institute in Dallas Texas), and we split profits 50% to you,
50% to Private Workout. From the first month, you will have a $2,000 per month draw account against your share of profits.
After 5 years or upon the meeting of operating goals, you own up to 40%. Excellent credit history and a strong
interest in managing a fitness center is required. Opportunites available in 2008 for the following areas:
