White is our Head Trainer, with over 15 years experience training a wide range of clients from housewives looking for general
fitness to celebrities looking to go that one step further to perfect their fitness. With a Master's Degree in Exercise
Physiology, a Cooper Institute Certification, and two additional national certifications for personal training, he offers
the kind of expertise that our sophisticated customers seek.
PERSONAL TRAINING WITH GENE
Sharon, age 52, started here as a customer and was so successful, we hired her as a trainer. She will complete
her certification from the Cooper Institute this year, and spends most of her day doing coaching and training sessions at
our Plano location. Sharon knows this workout well, she gained 16 lbs of muscle and lost 26 lbs of fat in just 6 months,
gaining in strength by over 700% during that time! She went from 142lbs and 37% body fat to 132 lbs and 18% body fat,
losing two dress sizes, and doesn't she look great!
