As you can plainly see, this is not your ordinary workout equipment. In fact, it's Generation 4 equipment, which
uses independent motion and ergonomic movement to avoid tendonitis typically symptomatic in Generation 1 - 3 designs.
How can you spot Gen 1 - 3? It's all in the movement. If the chest press replicates a barbell movement,
with arms going straight outward, the equipment is the older design of Generation 1, 2, or 3. If the chest press replicates
the inward motion of a dumbbell workout, using independent motion for both arms, it's Generation 4. If you do high repetition
workouts on older equipment, many people get tendonitis as a result of the poor design. Not so with Generation 4!
