TIME REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS for 40 yr olds:

3 Hours/day - 7 Days/wk

MARATHON BODY:  achieved by cardio exercises that DO NOT increase in resistance
 
BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES LIKE...
-treadmills
-ellipticals 
-running
-Zumba
-outdoor boot camps
-walking 
-tennis
-Yoga
-Pilates
-Kick boxing

PROTEIN:  NO EXTRA PROTEIN
 
 
RESULTS: 25 min workouts will BUILD NO MUSCLE, BURN UP TO 13LBS OF FAT FIRST YEAR and none after that

25 Minutes 3 Days/week 

SPRINTER BODY:  Cardio exercises AND progressively increasing resistance training

 

RESISTANCE EXERCISES LIKE: 

1) Cardio and Free weights

     90 minute workouts

 

2) Weight circuit training: a combination of cardio and weight training

25 minute workouts

 

 

 

 

 

   

 

PROTEIN:  40g extra protein 

 

RESULTS:  25 minute workouts will BUILD UP TO 12 LBS OF MUSCLE in 6 months AND BURN UP TO 70LBS FAT EACH YEAR
